I'm still learning but my intensions are to make my pages as good as possible. Not to show off, but as a learning process. If you have suggestions, please don't hesitate to comment. Send me an e-mail (slarti@tripnet.se).
My first pages was very Netscape influenced and I have not repaired this yet, but I'm working on it. I didn't think that the big www-editors were so bad as they are. To maintain my pages I have done an own program and now I think it's much easier to get the pages correct. The Best viewed with ANY browser strategy is of course the only right one. I really wish that everyone would stop making commercial for this or that browser. The only point proven with such statements are that the pages are clumpsy done!
My entry page is done to get new people in and out in a good way. If you have a browser without frame capacity you will have a special text version automatically. If your browser support frames you get the chooice to decide if you want frames or not.
At the bottom of every page you can get to this index page and you can turn frames on and off. When frames are turned off a menu is added to every page where you can jump to the other pages of mine.
I make this pages with help of an own program but the basic text on each page is written with Netscapes editor and then corrected by hand in Notepad. I have a 65536 color, 1024x768 pixels screen but I hope everything will work with less or more than this!
My bookmarks are coming 'directly' from my browser. Adding bakground and the text at the bottom to the present bookmark file is done automatically so my bookmarks are very easy to update. If I had used Microsoft Explorer this hadn't been possible and it's one reason to avoid that browser! I however can think about much more reasons but it's up to you..
